How often will we meet?
Building healthy habits take time, usually about 3 months to get the most out of coaching. We will meet once a week or once every two weeks depending on the needs of the client and the package purchased. Sessions last 50-60 minutes but can be as short as 30 minutes.

What can I expect from my Coach?
As a client, you can expect me (your coach) to be professional. I will bring my best self to every session. I will be there to ask questions that help you to uncover the best ways for you to meet your goals and overcome challenges.
